I'm the opposite.
IMO The Feds are more interested in a soveriegn capacity to mine and supply Vanadium than they are in batteries.
For the Feds (who really are meh to the whole renewable energy push), Batteries are a side show.
If the Feds could mine coal for the next 300 years and they would.
