    If management were going to reject this initial offer then they would have immediately. The fact they let Morrison have exclusive access to their data room for 6 weeks indicates they like the offer. Either Morrison walk away, or Uniti accept their $4.50 offer, or another party bids higher ... but I am pretty sure Uniti aren't planning to reject anything
