As true as that may be, the IPC are yet to include their input which is where I would be most concerned. That's when the personal agendas of retired Departmental officers who once supported mining but now believe it is their duty to repent for their sins will be showing. I'm not saying the submission won't make it through, just that even with government support the IPC could be the bottleneck or the highest point of the approvals risk.
