    I own IGO as well before they bought Greenbushes & sold Tropicana.

    The market cap was around $3 billion before CR for Greenbushes. But I don't think it's relevant to the bidding price for WSA.

    Peter Bradford is good at creating value from buying asset at bargain price.

    Long term investors will be the biggest loser taking this low ball offer and pay CGT.

    Winner will be ATO & IGO in my honest opinion.
