    These Idiots have time to explain this! BUT no accountability or comms for update on the agreed takeover which was supposed to happen in Feb. Yup someone got contacted and matter has leaked certainly.
    If they come back with negative conclusion, Even VERT capital wont hold their hand for next raise as they have doomed the Spoho's too! IF they confirmed the negative news which seems highly likely here.
