There was a theory on here over a year ago that some folks set their stock to sell at way up past $1.50 or a price that wont get hit any time soon , and the reason was that if u have a live sell order in the market your stock cannot be loaned out to short sellers as it was an active order ,, now im not sure if this is true or not .
