"That teachers have an incredibly tough gig is undeniable, but when someone argued that they deserve more money because they are stretched so thin that some are conducting multiple classes from the hallway, I go, "so more money would make that acceptable?". NOT.
I'll leave the solution to others eminently more qualified.
