A simple solution for the Governments will be to recognise previous exploration licence, but refuse any renewals or new Applications for a ML. If GGG then want to proceed with Exploration knowing that they will never be allowed to mine will negate all/any grounds for compensation.
GGG needs to come up with a sustainable solution to the Uranium and Thorium disposal; simply burying the low level waste in a dump is no longer an acceptable solution in any jurisdiction.
