This is good as improves cash flow and set up now for next few years. Way I am seeing it very minimal downside now as we have about $20 mill enterprise value when you back out cash, now this cash is for a float and ramped production but anything spent there is coming back as income and then some. And couple with the fact any acquisition will be planned out, and make a lot of sense this means the $8 mill won't be pissed away so basically all upside from here. Should also see a nice R & D Grant in August-September.

I'm surprised that you understood that R and D is reducing to almost nil shortly. If you understood correctly. then I have the opposite opinion to you. I think continued Rand D is needed to stay ahead of the game in this sort of communications field, and reducing it will be a short term gain in cash at the expense of future medium term growth. So, I hope you took away the wrong message!
