Just taking it further, and rounding out:
12k resource nickel at $20k = $240million in ground value for nickel alone.
Discount for resource buy, mine development costs of extraction which will not be open mine say 50%? = $120 million?
But that's assuming no further discoveries. No sale of Mexican assets, no discoveries in the gold area at Barton/Daisy corner which is right in the thick of it.
It also assumes AZS won't develop this mine. There are indications that it will from previous statements made. Plus the nickel sector is going to take off, More likely I'd bet on sale of any gold resources of Daisy corner. Why? Proximity to larger players already doing this. Plus look at the likelihoods.
