    Jack, IMO none of that is accurate according to the available information.

    The Dingyi Group takeover offer was for about $0.66c per share. how is that destruction of the share price..?

    Also, the CEO of KP2 seems to disagree with you about construction. check out the last line in the attached image ("we are looking forward to the completion of the financing phase and being able to move rapidly into the construction". Announcement on Engineering Procurement and Construction optimisation and project funding is due at any moment.

    If you have been thinking about topping up, then today's dip might be a good opportunity in my opinion (DYOR). I can tell you that I bought up a nice chunk today. GLTAH
