Garnev, from my understanding TPM is not ‘Phospha E’ but a drug delivery system

Phospha-E is patented vitamin E product, for use as a nutritional product in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.

Transdermal Penetration Matrix is a transdermal delivery system or a method of applying a drug to unbroken skin. The drug is absorbed through the skin and enters the body’s systems.
Transdermal patch (skin patch) is used to deliver a controlled dose of a drug through the skin over a period of time. A skin patch uses a special membrane to control the rate at which the liquid drug contained in the reservoir within the patch can pass through the skin and into the bloodstream. As to POH’s Oxycodone/TPM Patch, it is a trial of proving that Oxycodone could be delivered through TPM.
