great, these guys would be getting some sort of retainer fee plus some bonus arrangement if they get some deal done and now they are getting options as well?
AXO should tell them they will only pay with options so that they only make money if a deal goes through.
How much did AXO pay Merrills and that other crowd they were using before? probably a few mill and what did they get for it?
