He is an established industry figurehead who came on board as non Exec and will now spend time in corporate offices doing a deal. I presume at the request of major shareholders.
He obviously has no confidence in Stewart doing deals...maybe after Red Mountain. Moorehead has never been the public figurehead of XAM, while Stewart always has been.
