Octavia have to spend $1mill over 2 years to earn 70% of this project and max out at 80% leaving FAU with 20%. Doesn't really imply a high value being placed on the asset by FAU. Really not sure how the market will react to this tomorrow. I guess for retail access to the IPO in Octavia is the main benefit.
