No issues for them finding some alternative way to fund FID.. Asset sell down, debt, whatever.. etc..
But if the guy defaults again and goes the cap raise route shareholders should be livid..
Would make a mockery of engaging an expensive investment bank with company coin ($$$Azure) to supposedly find alternative avenues of financing... ??
