I think it's fairly obvious at this point that Dixon does not have much of a company in Exopharm. We definitely didn't 'leap' last year and Baldwin eventually realized we were never going to leap at all and left the company. There is no near-term revenue coming.

After talking to Dixon on the phone I realized he is very similar to David McLoughlin - the CEO of Buddy (BUD). At the time, as soon as I realized he was a dishonest guy I got out of the company and watched him run the company into the ground (40 cents to 0.8 cents) over the next several years.

I have a feeling the same will happen with Exopharm, which is why I haven't taken it off my watchlist as I'm curious to see what happens next. I recommend holders to have a chat with Dixon on the phone.
