    They already raised 11.2m from instos and sophisticated investors. This remaining 1m is a drop in the bucket and a token offering for retail shareholders. Just means less dilution which is good and btw retail enthusiasm for a stock is often a great contrarian indicator. Glad this SPP is over so DOC is flush with cash and can continue with the roll-out of their enhanced operating model. Can't see DOC trading at 1x forward sales and 2x forward gross profit for much longer with 40% growth rates and margin expansion!
