Hi TP, I'm not intending to be overly critical and I fully support your right to an opinion.
But.... I really don't know why this is even up for discussion. The evidence is clear that EVs are the way of the future.
There are problems with battery recycling, power generation capacity, availability of charging stations etc. but these problems will be solved.... "the caravan is moving on.....".
PS: I'm sure my great great grandfather preferred his horse and buggy as well.
