OA - your sentiment should be sell. If you think a CR is coming then wait and get in at a lower price - but what if the CR is for a 100% FAR to go it alone or a great JV that requires a CR....what does your chart tell us the SP will do then?...in the ST this type of TA analysis is 50/50 at best and LT meaningless...good luck
