I could be wrong, but I'm not convinced that they are shorting. I have looked at various times with AZJ and other companies I hold, and I think it is just the constant buying and selling influenced by members of the the various funds that they operate. They don't seem to "borrow" shares and I think if they wanted to short, wouldn't they keep the holdings below 5% so that declaring wasn't required ?
