Totally agree. Milliner is a wise businessman, who takes a considered long term approach based on fundamentals and not on the latest pc fad. If only the Vic Premier would take a leaf out of Millner’s book he would have saved his state from that self-inflicted electricity shortage episode during which he covered himself in shame.
