Heads need to roll. Due diligence on an acquisition is all important.
What is truly perplexing is that with the limited information they provided on the asset and the deal the vast majority of people on here could tell it was a terrible deal. The people making the decision should have had access to significantly more information, and should have been able to see this.
Dan continuing as CEO is probably untenable at this stage, and any board members who were around when the decision was made are probably tainted as well.
