I am not the one suggesting EGR will commence construction in Q3 2022, this has been stated by EGR in its Environmental approvals, which also includes the removal of vegetation in an industrial site.

EGR has a 2 year period to sign the lease for Kwinana, I don't now why EGR would start sign the option until after the project is fully approved.

Lock in contractors for construction
The detailed engineering design has been completed by GR Engineering, if you didn't know they normally enter EPC contracts, - Engineer Procure and Construct. IMO, one approval has been completed, we will see the contract signed for the construction of the facility.

Not required until stage 2, one of the conditions, EGR needs to complete stage 1 construction. This is the highest risk part, Stage 2 and European expansion is stage 1 modular unit expanded to meet the 20ktpa capacity. BTW, EGR financial study indicated third party supply through Technografit.
