My limited experience with mergers/ acquisitions on the asx is usually negative by the market in the short term. All anyone sees is the dilution, irrespective of the long term beneficial outcome. Too many traders and short term investors. They want results now! Why sell for $95 million? Seems undervalued for the market they are aiming for doesn't it? Is their something devaluing this company, debt?
If there are no hidden negatives then why did they sell at this cheap price?

My view only. Apirx expects the value of the shares they receive to have greater potential for profit than what they can generate on their own. They are only in if we can multi-bag. Joel must have shown them something to convince them that they will see a big return on their investment. We get to control any opposition now and can utilise their delivery methods. We may only move forward with a couple of their drug pathways due to costs but it adds value and reduces competition.
My worry is to fund even 10% of these will need more cr raises and dilution. Are we aiming too big?
I think short term we will get a hit but if we can synergise our drug delivery and development pathways then this thing has us becoming a substantial pharma in the future. Give this 5 to 10 years is my guess. Lots of patience.
Maybe we concentrate on 1 or 2 to get to revenue stream then we go hell for leather on the other research areas now we have them locked up.

SOoooooooo................I think this is amazing long term but depending how we market this and push ahead in a suitable timeframe, it may cause some meandering SP in the short term. Now this really is why we went to the Nasdaq. This didn't happen yesterday. Hopefully once the Yanks digest this they will go nuts!!
