YT. MQG hand out loans to an incredible number of listed and unlisted. Its a bit like the very old days of junk bonds when someone finally realised that they nearly always were paid back in full. So Mac get pretty good terms on good assets/projects as lender of last resort. I was involved with unlisted oiler that had loan and had big success. Then discovered Mac had clause on windfall earning etc that had them get much more than cap and interest.
