You cant sit there and say there are many stocks above 10c with "a lot of shares" but then say you dont want to hear about shares on issue.
Market Cap, Share Price & Shares on Issue all go hand in hand, its simple maths like
10 multiplied by 2 = 20, or, 20 divided by 2 = 10.
What stocks are you talking about "above 10c" and whats their market cap or shares on issue otherwise you cant compare just looking at one part of the equation.!
