My guess is they will make $10m per month before tax in this half based on current IO prices so with the additional $14m after tax in first 6 months my guess if they distribute 50% we will get a similar 5.5 cents per share Divi. Not sure based on todays SP what other stock on the ASX would give this type of return? A lot of people are waiting for this quarter results before we see movement. Ka- Ching coming $$
