In fact if FFX management had a conscience at all they'd tip half of that $100 mill into LLL as a gift for raping it to pay for Morilla's cash needs. At the very least pay $4 per share for their 20% of the LLL CR (10% of that company's float is the guess) Vs shareholders paying $2 for it. That would either reduce the need for a stage 2 CR, or larger debt position for the LLL JV.
