G'day Trueblood. There HAS to be some substance behind that 19 million, $330,000 buy the other day!!! Ray James had had numerous "tyre kickers" many have signed confidentiality agreements. Information would have to be "available" to all of those parties and you are probably right, there "could" very easily, out of all of that, "offers" are being bandied around and haggled and Ray James simply cannot provide any information at this time. Nothings in writing, BUT. And he genuinely cannot say that he is aware of anything that has initiated that price rise. BUT!! Just speculating until it's in writing. Let's see if any more significant buying takes place from now on after that speeding ticket, where there's smoke!!!!
