Both sides of government are a bunch of plonkers, but i'm staggered at the waste from this Liberal Government.
They are talking about giving people cash to help with cost of living rises. Now while I understand that there are genuine cases of people that are struggling to pay their bills, there is a large cohort of people that do not need a few hundred dollars to help them get through. The government will waste how many billions handing out money to people who don't need it . I will put mine in the bank along with the $900 that Rudd gave me in the GFC.
If we are going to hand out money, why not target people who actually are genuinely struggling through no fault of their own?
