A UBI won’t fix the atrocious residential real estate issues though
the nation really needs an entirely different tax system
we need to think like a nation
populations have needs
accomodation
Energy
Food
Health
Education
Fair wealth distribution
Etc
if a nation doesn’t have those things - it’s headed for a gutzer
people sleeping in cars in growing numbers is a very bad sign
