Yes those are the reasons i originally bought at $11. However I need to correct you on 2 issues:
1. Debt - it is currently $550M - if Mobil were to go through this would increase another $300M - read the announcement/report.
2. PE of 6 - this is way out of date and based on the super first half, relying on a collapse in the dollar. the PE is much higher now.
Can't see any meaningful recovery in CTX unless the ETS is resolved, which will not be for ages now. Good luck.
