You all seem to miss the point that Milestone 2 was met with the LNH.
It was the LNH who asked AJM and Ganfeng to delay the announcement until after the Ganfeng board meeting.
The mistake was not changing the date on the legal paperwork.
The LNH took the opportunity, which they created to put the company into recievership at midnight and along came PLS 24 hours later.
I still hope that this behavior will have its day in court.
It depends what evidence AJM has.
Maybe that is why the whole story has not been told.
Anyway onwards and upwards.
