TO is a very interesting prospect. Given all the preparation ivz has painstakingly organised with the government about the future and the production and setting it all up- I have to ask would this realistically happen? OR would it be a hostile TO? A few days after the discovery, how do these things usually go? And my main concern, will it result in lots of rockets, ideally $7 +
