This one will be big, Have a look at some of the twitter videos on Helium one, MD standing in the lake in Tanzania with helium bubbling up around him. I was heavy into HE1 and have followed it for 5 years - I bought heavily in seed and in the float but was pretty dissapointed with the short cuts they took with the drilling campaign. Before they listed they were struggling to raise cash as it was Feb / March, covid had just hit and the markets were tanking. (The float price was a quater of what I paid for seed)
one of the geo's suggested that they should just get some private investors in to raise 1 milion (or issue more seed) and try to get some progress with a small drill rig rather than discount the float price so heavily. Cut a long story short the MD ended up raising 10 million pounds but took the small drill rig anyway. they had plenty of gas "shows" but when they tried to put the data logger down the holes kept collapsing as he used the wrong rig. Completely understandable if you didnt have any cash and just wanted to "de-risk" the float by drilling some holes and getting some gas shows. Completely unacceptable if you have millions in the bank.....
You can be assured that Noble wont be making those mistakes. I sold out of HE1 (at a loss) due to the fact that it was unforgiveable and shows the management team was hopeless. Instead I have chosen to put it into Noble as they have a very experienced management team. I have seed and IPO and was somewhat surprised when Next Investors arrived on the scene as this will get its own momentum anyway. So while dissapointed that got scaled back to make way for you crazy next investors punters, I welcome you aboard and suggest that you have a good read on the helium space and have a good look at HE1's videos - ignore their mistakes and strap your selves in for the ride.
Ill be buying with everything that I got scaled back on day one.....
