mate, oldies are sitting on a million or two asset in the form of a house! plus they get the pension and that ain’t gunna change.
and these are the average worker from yesteryear who’ve done nothing extraordinary except live the great Aussie dream of home ownership.
they’re not looking to buy, they’ve done that.
they’ll pass it on to their family. what could be simpler?
