just watched the presentation. It was fantastic! Can’t believe we have so many possibilities for approval. The coming year & all that follow will be tremendous. Nothing will be as sweet as approval #1.
Silviu’s dialogue on the number of children that Remestemcel-L can save each year from DEATH due to gvhd, was simply heartbreaking. Since October 2020, there could be 100+ families in the US today that sit at a table with a chair empty, a loved one missing, never to return.
Not having Remestemcel-L available is a death sentence to the patient and a life sentence to their family of brokenness & sadness. My only hope is that compassionate use of Remestemcel-L is being sort & given.
Geez @DocMcstuffins, maybe we are losing money by giving away our product that works to save lives, the lives of children and their families. But I guess Dr Itescu took an oath to do no harm.
Not every doctor might see it the same.
