re: Ann: Boulder Steel and ABS sign Framework... They'll need to do some sort of significant cap raising when they get closer to starting construction, but not in the immediate short term - they just finished raising a couple of million in October to cover them for a while.
Hopefully the share price will be significantly higher by that stage to reduce dilution.
