G'day Ibbz, I think capital raising is ok as the project progresses.
As stated in the Framework agreement that ABS is responsible for securing all the finance required, I take that as ABS will provide the money needed for the project and Boulder will service the debt on it's share of debt.
IMHO this partnership really is a huge plus for Boulder because as a small Cap company with much limited cash resources they have no way of coming out with the money nor dreaming of building a steel mill in Gladstone and the mill in Saudi Arabia.
I would rather see my investment in BGD move up steadily than having wild swings. 2010 will be full of good news, best wishes to all investors.
