Answer - only a mug!!
The bit I find interesting is that 3 out of 4 of these are banks and who do you go to when you want to borrow money to buy something really pretty.
Some of those who will be interested in Extract won't be able to do it without a syndicate of these fellas. Not saying of course that this is what's happening but ...........
