Not sure you understand the forces at play. The industry is condolidating anyway. The banks hsve moved out as have a lot of players. The overlaps are not all complimentary but are in the main good businesses. The reality is that they are not paying top dollar but are working within a system that is already in transformation. Plus they are not issuing huge chunks of shares and using the cash they have. So it is also professional services so each seems to retain its identity which is good. I dont see any dominating culture being introduced. I don't see this as being different to KPG which everyone loves. I am happy with the progress.
