re: Ann: Woodside Equity Raising Presentation... So how does a retail bookbuild work? If a shareholder renounces their rights, can over retail shareholders bid for those shares or do they go to the institutions?
In reading all the liturature, it does not appear that retail s/h can participate in getting any more that 1:12.
