Your EPS seems to me very optimistic as Lihir(LGL) with 2.4B shares but more than 1Moz production & production cost of around $350 per oz manages EPS of 11c.Plus no debt.
So approx 3X more shares on issue( LGL 2.4B RED 900M)but 10X more production(LGL 1Moz RED 100Koz),LGL no debt RED's debt US$40M, similar production cost. LGL EPS 12.2c your estimate RED EPS 9.1c.
To me your analysis, quoted yesterday, was very optimistic and probably unrealistic.
