Still nothing final from Vietnam it seems; and will PPP at least get its costs refunded for the part of the project it didn't get?
I predict well#2 in Timor will be dry too. I always think it jinxes it for everyone else when they announce these exorbitant targets, as companies like OEX do. (not a very scientific approach of me, of course)
