Speaking to an Australian corporate executive about the difference between Australian Captial market and new York. He said everyone will screw you in the US because they dont know each other, and there are plenty more to scew afreward that dont know you. In Australia they went to uni together and in a smaller pond know each other so its not in your interests to screw each other. Vote NO. Remove diretors , continue work out. DYOR
