What doesn't make sense is why anyone would buy, pending the impairment on Thursday.
The arbitration isn't going to be sorted out overnight.
In fact entry point to this situation isn't realistically until next years AGM (when there is annum sense of the legal fees / corporate services cash burn) or if you are like LVB try your luck with low ball OTC offers. (~1 cent etc), you never know Global X - URA might not be selling the GDLNF shares because they don't see a sizable order on the screen.
