Just loo up the announcement...dated 17th Feb 2021.....he gets issued 35mil performance rights for a deal that adds 10% of the annual revenue .....and he gets issued 32 mill performance rights and 32 mill options at 70c for a deal that adds 100% to the company's revenue.
Both deals have a deadline on a binding agreement executed prior to the 1st February 2023.
