I am sure if EGR's process had zero impact on RNU's purification process, RNU wouldn't being objecting with its consultant for the patent to be refused. It speaks volumes there is significant risk for RNU if its approved where it will most likely require to alter its production flowsheet to avoid any breaches of IP.
Didn't you say the other day RNU obtained a copy of EGR's 2017 patent application? Then asked Dorfner to alter the design,
I believe @bombersmadd suggested something similar.
