I would highlight that I have made additional assumptions in these workings that are general in nature for what is yet to be announced and not to be considered financial advice, please always take what you read on HC with a grain of salt and complete your own research !!!

Assumptions in DCF Model- A 2 Stage Development with Stage 1 Throughput of 1.65Mtpa vs Stage 2 of 2.4Mtpa (Additional Concentrator Purchased in Year 4 for Stage 2 Expanded Operations with Capex included in Year 4)
- 22 Year Mine Life on Current Measured + Indicated Resources (No Inferred Tonnage Utilised in Model) (*** Likely to be increased with additional drilling to identify additional resources, aswell as upgrading inferred into measured or indicated for use within a financial model)
- No Change to Benchmark Graphite Pricing for PSG Considering micron size of 10-15um
- Slight increase to flake basket price for remaining flake not utilised for PSG production given purity increase from 94% to 96% with a Volume in Use (VUI) of 5% LOM utilised
- Initial CAPEX Increased from US$142m to US$230m (Increased Throughput in Stage 1 as well as contingency for cost increases since 2020)
- Recovery Grades for Concentrate at 94% and PSG at 65% as per recent announcements
- AUD:USD= 0.74

Outputs Post Tax- NPV10 of US$1.85B (AUD$2.46B)
- Payback Period of 1.3 Years
- IRR of 60%

Potential Share Value / EPS Ratio (2.2 Billion SOI Assumed)PE 10 - $1.61
PE 15 - $2.41
PE 20 - $3.21

9 Months ago producing 60ktpa of PSG seemed like a stretch target. Today, given the increased product demand it is the base for future expansion for little old Renascor !!!

Can't wait to see the output of the DFS being revised by GR Engineering (One of the Best Names in the Australian Engineering Game)
